I Think always better to be deceived after trusting someone than being left out by not trusting people around you. That is because trust is the expression of your positive nature and outlook.
Definitely Most of us find it tough to decide if someone is trustworthy. But we need to make these decisions, and the right way is to remember than trust is earned, and that is always better to trust than not to trust of confusion.After all your losing trust will be less damaging than the harm caused to you by not trusting people.
